|Torn assorted salad greens||10 Cup (160 tbs) (Such As Romaine, Endive, Escarole, Or Red Leaf, Bite Size Pieces)|
|French vinaigrette/Blue cheese dressing / thousand island dressing||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Classic)|
|Smoked ham||4 Ounce, or baked, cut into long, thin strips|
|Swiss cheese||4 Ounce, cut into long, thin strips|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , peeled and quartered|
|Carrots/1/2 cup sliced radishes||2 , peeled and coarsely shredded|
|Red onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Sliced peeled cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large serving bowl, toss greens with 1/3 cup salad dressing and salt.
Decoratively arrange ham, cheese, egg, carrots, red onion, and cucumber on top.
Serve with remaining dressing alongside.
