Carrot and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumber 2 Large, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and thinly sliced
  Carrots 2 , peeled and thinly sliced on an angle
  Red onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
