|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

|Boston lettuce head||1|
In a mixing bowl, mix oranges and onions.
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Shake until blended.
Pour over oranges and onions; toss lightly to mix.
Arrange lettuce on chilled salad plates.
