Citrus Salad

Ingredients
  Oranges 8 Large, peeled and thinly sliced
  Bermuda onions 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boston lettuce head 1
Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix oranges and onions.
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Shake until blended.
Pour over oranges and onions; toss lightly to mix.
Arrange lettuce on chilled salad plates.
Arrange tossed oranges and onions on lettuce.
