Hot Sausage And Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Fully cooked smoked sausage links 5 , sliced
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Condensed cream of celery soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen french fried potatoes 16 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

In skillet cook bacon till crisp.
Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings; set bacon aside.
Cook sausage and onion in drippings till meat is browned and onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in soup, water, pickle relish, vinegar, and salt; bring to boiling.
Cut French-fried potatoes in half.
Add potatoes to skillet and cook, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Crumble the reserved bacon over the top of the salad.
