Cottage Salmon Salad

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce, drained, bones and skin removed, and broken in chunks (1 Can)
  Cubed cooked potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onion with tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 1 , chopped
  Cream-style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dried dillweed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients.
Blend together remaining ingredients and dash pepper; add to salmon mixture.
Toss to coat.
Chill.
Serve on green pepper rings and trim with carrot curls and green pepper, if desired.
