Ingredients
  Avocados 3 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Hard cooked eggs 6 , sliced
  Roquefort cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely grated
  Iceberg lettuce head 2 Small, shredded
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1.
Rub a large bowl well with the cut surface of the garlic clove.
2.
Combine the remaining ingredients and toss gently but thoroughly with your favorite French dressing.
