Avocado Salad I
|Avocados||3 Medium, sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Hard cooked eggs||6 , sliced|
|Roquefort cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely grated|
|Iceberg lettuce head||2 Small, shredded|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Rub a large bowl well with the cut surface of the garlic clove.
Combine the remaining ingredients and toss gently but thoroughly with your favorite French dressing.
