Savory Crab Meat Salad
|Elbow macaroni||2 Pound (Uncooked)|
|Crab meat||7 1⁄2 Pound, drained and flaked|
|Diced green peppers||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Quart|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill weed||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||2 Tablespoon|
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Toss crab meat and green peppers with macaroni.
Blend remaining ingredients together.
Pour over crab meat mixture; toss lightly until ingredients are evenly coated.
