Ham And Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced cooked turkey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), or cut into matchstick size pieces
  Red apple 1 Small
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Seedless grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crisp salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Spread almonds in a shallow pan and toast in a 350° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden; set aside.
Combine turkey, ham, and 1/3 cup of the toasted almonds.
Core and thinly slice apple and coat with lemon juice; add to meat.
Stir in the 1/2 cup grapes.
Blend mayonnaise with soy and curry; pour over salad.
Press into a 4 to 5-cup bowl, cover, and chill at least 15 minutes.
Turn out on a bed of greens.
Garnish with remaining toasted almonds and surround with grape clusters, if you wish.
