  Boiled potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), cubed
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 , chopped
  Low sodium pickles 2 , finely chopped
  Low sodium mustard 2 Teaspoon (Prepared)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Low sodium mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

1. Combine vegetables, mustard, and garlic powder.
2. Toss lightly with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika.
