Green Salad With Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Orange zest 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mixed salad greens 10 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)
  Red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spread almonds on 13-inch Round Baking Stone.
Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Set aside to cool.
In 1-Quart Batter Bowl, combine vinegar, orange juice, honey, orange zest, mustard, salt and pepper with Mini-Whipper.
Slowly pour in oil, whisking with Mini-Whipper.
Combine salad greens, mandarin oranges, grapes and almonds in a salad bowl.
Toss with orange vinaigrette and serve.
