Cauliflower Sugar Pea And Prawn Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Small
  Sugar peas 250 Gram
  Cooked prawns 1 1⁄2 Kilogram, shelled (Small Size)
For curry mayonnaise
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Saffron 3⁄4 Pinch (Tiny Pinch)
Directions

Break cauliflower into flowerettes, top and tail sugar peas.
Drop cauliflower and sugar peas into pan of boiling water for 1 minute, drain, rinse under cold water until completely cold; drain.
Toss in salad bowl with prawns.
Pour Curry Mayonnaise over salad, toss well.
Curry Mayonnaise: Combine all ingredients in bowl, beat together well.
