|Diced pickled beets||8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Finely chopped pickled herring||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , diced|
|Hard cooked egg yolk||1 , sieved (For Garnishing)|
Drain beets and reserve juice.
Mix beets with onion, herring and hard-cooked eggs.
Pour in and gently mix 3 tablespoons of the reserved beet liquid.
