Beet Salad

Ingredients
  Diced pickled beets 8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Finely chopped pickled herring 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , diced
  Hard cooked egg yolk 1 , sieved (For Garnishing)
Directions

Drain beets and reserve juice.
Mix beets with onion, herring and hard-cooked eggs.
Pour in and gently mix 3 tablespoons of the reserved beet liquid.
