Crab And Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Dressed crab 1 Large
  Cooked rice 4 Ounce
  Celery stick 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped gherkins 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 Teaspoon (1 Dessertspoon)
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Mix together all ingredients except the lettuce.
Serve in individual dishes on a bed of lettuce.
Garnish with small claws of the crab.
