Anchovy Salad

Ingredients
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Tomatoes 2 Large, peeled and cut in thin wedges
  Green peppers 2 Medium, cut in narrow strips
  Pitted ripe olives 12
  Green onions 8 , chopped
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Separate anchovy fillets into bowl; add tomatoes, green pepper, olives, and green onions.
Combine oil and vinegar and drizzle over anchovy mixture.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Refrigerate about 1 hour.
At serving time spoon over shredded lettuce.
