Roast Beef And Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Uncooked radiatore pasta 9 Ounce
  Lean beef roast 6 Ounce
  Canned kidney beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Canned whole baby corn 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Diced tomatoes and green chilies 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cherry tomato halves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Minced oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain.
2. Slice beef into thin strips. Combine pasta, beef and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss to coat. Garnish with fresh oregano, if desired.
