Roast Beef And Pasta Salad
|Uncooked radiatore pasta||9 Ounce|
|Lean beef roast||6 Ounce|
|Canned kidney beans||15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Canned whole baby corn||15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Diced tomatoes and green chilies||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cherry tomato halves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain.
2. Slice beef into thin strips. Combine pasta, beef and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss to coat. Garnish with fresh oregano, if desired.
