Quick And Easy Chef'S Salad

Ingredients
  Mixed greens 1 Quart, washed, dried, torn up, and chilled
  Julienned smoked tongue/Cold roast beef/corned beef/ham/chicken/turkey/any mixture of them 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, julienned
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Chef's salad is a staple everywhere, and can be made with almost any kind of cold meat or poultry, or both, and with many kinds of cheese.
A pleasant variation is to rub a slice of stale white bread vigorously with a cut clove of garlic, cut it into small dice, and toss with the remaining ingredients.
Have all the ingredients chilled well and toss together in a large salad bowl, until everything is well coated with dressing.
Serve at once.
