Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Large
  Heavy cream/Evaporated milk 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash and peel the avocado. Remove the seed and mash or sieve the fruit.
2. Stir the cream or milk, and lemon juice into the avocado. Add the salt and Tabasco sauce and beat with a fork 1 minute. Chill.
3. Serve with fish, vegetable or fruit salad.
