Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
  Beefsteak tomatoes 4
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce, sliced (225 Grams)
  Basil leaves 4
  Olive oil 5 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Pitted black olives 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes.
Arrange the mozzarella on a serving plate with the tomato slices .
Roughly tear the basil leaves and sprinkle over the salad.
Pour the olive oil over the salad, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Top with the black olives and sliced garlic if using.
