Delicious Beef Salad
|French dressing||8 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Chili powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Romaine/Iceberg lettuce||8 , shredded|
|Roast beef||1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Red onion||1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Green pepper/Red pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut into thin strips|
|Sweet corn||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Natural monterey jack cheese||4 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Canned sliced pitted ripe olives||24 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (11 Cans, 21/4 Ounce Each)|
Mix together dressing and spices; chill.
Arrange lettuce, roast beef, onions, peppers, corn, cheese and olives on large serving platter.
Serve salad with dressing mixture
