Macaroni Tuna Salad
|Salad macaroni||1 Pound (1 Package)|
|Boiling salted water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned chunk style tuna||25 Ounce, drained well and flaked|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced or pressed|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Following package directions, cook macaroni in a large kettle of boiling salted water until al dente; drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together tuna, oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, capers (if desired), salt, and pepper.
Add macaroni and stir until combined.
