Egg And Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 Large, chopped
  Canned chunk light tuna in water 6 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Minced red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Light mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 10 Ounce (10 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)
  Red lettuce 5 Large
  Tomato slices 5 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spread 1/2 cup egg mixture over each of 5 bread slices. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice, 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts, and 1 bread slice.
