Tomato And Cucumber Salad
|Tomatoes||4 1⁄2 Pound (2 Kilogram)|
|Lancashire cheese||8 Ounce, grated (250 Gram)|
|Chopped chives/Parsley||4 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|White wine vinegar||4 Tablespoon|
|Caster sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Mustard powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
Thinly slice the cucumbers and tomatoes into a large salad bowl.
Sprinkle with the cheese and herbs.
Put all the dressing ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a screw-top jar and shake well.
Pour over the salad just before serving, tossing lightly.
