  Cooked penne 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked without salt / fat (About 6 Ounces Uncooked Tubular Shaped Pasta)
  Thinly sliced romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Halved cherry tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Thinly sliced fresh basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat free caesar dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crumbled feta cheese 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions
