Curried Crab Salad

Ingredients
  Lump crabmeat 3 Pound (Fresh)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce cups 4
  Tomato slices 4
  Stuffed olives 4
  Parsley sprigs 4
Directions

Carefully remove fibers from crabmeat.
Keep crabmeat chilled while combining rest of ingredients.
Fold crabmeat lumps into the sauce carefully so as not to break lumps.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve in lettuce cups garnished with tomato slices, stuffed olives, and parsley sprigs.
Serve with hot biscuits or rolls for a delicious meal.
