Radish Salad

Ingredients
  Radishes 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Fresh mung bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green bell pepper 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Cilantro/Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, fresh and chopped
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Whisk together oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Add all other ingredients.
Toss and serve.
