Endive and Goat'S Cheese Salad
|Goat cheese slices||8 (Use Thick Slices)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|Curly endive||9 1⁄2 Ounce (Use 300 Gram Leaves)|
|Cherry tomatoes||8 Ounce, halved (250 Gram)|
|Cucumber||1 , sliced|
|French stick||1 Small, sliced and toasted|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
1. Brush goat's cheese with oil and season with black pepper. Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden.
2. Arrange endive leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, toast and goat's cheese on a serving platter. Drizzle with vinegar and serve immediately.
