Endive And Goat'S Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Goat cheese slices 8 (Use Thick Slices)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Curly endive 9 1⁄2 Ounce (Use 300 Gram Leaves)
  Cherry tomatoes 8 Ounce, halved (250 Gram)
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  French stick 1 Small, sliced and toasted
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Brush goat's cheese with oil and season with black pepper. Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden.
2. Arrange endive leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, toast and goat's cheese on a serving platter. Drizzle with vinegar and serve immediately.
