Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion/Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Cucumbers 2 Medium, pared and sliced thinly
  Lettuce/Other greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix the sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and vinegar. Add the cucumbers and toss lightly.
2. Serve on lettuce or other greens with a garnish of paprika.
