Apple Celery Salad
|Red delicious apple||1 Large|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 1 Lemon)|
|Celery stalks||4 , washed and peeled|
|Liquid artificial sweetener||To Taste|
Core and slice the apple (do not peel) and squeeze the fresh lemon juice over it (this keeps the apple from turning dark).
Slice the celery diagonally in large pieces and mix with the apple slices.
Add liquid sweetener and let the salad sit for one hour in the refrigerator.
Arrange it in four portions on a bed of crisp lettuce and serve.
