Spinach And Pecan Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 12 , shredded
  Cherry tomatoes 250 Gram (1 Punnet)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Canned cannellini beans 310 Gram, drained
  Pecans 200 Gram
For dressing
  Egg yolks 2
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine spinach with tomatoes, onion and rinsed beans.
Add Dressing, sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
Dressing: Whisk egg yolks with lemon juice, vinegar and honey, place in screw top jar, add remaining ingredients, shake well.
