Frozen Pear And Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Syrup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), drained from pineapple and pears
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Bananas 3 , mashed
  Canned pears 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained and diced
  Drained pineapple tidbits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 12 , sliced
Directions

1.
Combine the egg, sugar, salt, flour, syrup, and vinegar in a saucepan and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Chill.
2.
When cold stir in the whipped cream and all the fruit.
Blend carefully and pour into refrigerator trays.
Freeze until solid, with the coldest setting of the refrigerator.
3.
Cut in blocks and serve on lettuce leaves.
