Cucumber Stick Salad
|Cucumbers||2 , peeled, halved horizontally, seeded and cut into thin sticks|
|Rice wine vinegar/Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon (Or Use According To Taste)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seed oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Chinese Style)|
Place cucumbers in mixing bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Drain off accumulated liquid.
Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
