Cucumber Stick Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled, halved horizontally, seeded and cut into thin sticks
  Rice wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Or Use According To Taste)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Chinese Style)
Directions

Place cucumbers in mixing bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Drain off accumulated liquid.
Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
