Cucumber Tomato And Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Large, chopped
  Ripe tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Scallions 8 , chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Cumin seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat yogurt until smooth.
Toast cumin seed for 2 to 3 minutes in a heavy frying pan and crush.
Stir cucumber, tomatoes, scallions, black pepper, and a pinch of cumin into yogurt; add salt to taste.
Add cayenne if desired.
Garnish with paprika and another pinch of cumin.
Chill until ready to serve.
