Chicken Pasta Salad
|Skinless boneless chicken breast halves||6 Ounce (2 In Number, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Rotini pasta/Other small pasta||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Chopped tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Place chicken breast halves in 16-ounce casserole or on plate with thickest parts to outside edges.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until thickest parts are done, 3 to 4 minutes.
Uncover and refrigerate until cool enough to handle, about 10 minutes.
Cook rotini as directed on package; drain.
Rinse in cold water; drain.
Cut chicken into cubes.
Mix chicken, rotini and remaining ingredients in bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours.
