Crab Salad Casserole
|Crab meat/1 cup crab meat and 1 large can 9 1/2 ounce flaked tuna, drained||1 Pound, drained, flaked (About 2 Cups)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Worcestershire||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fine soft bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), mixed with about 2 tablespoons melted butter|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Combine crab meat, or crab meat and tuna, with celery, green pepper, eggs, Worcestershire, and mayonnaise; mix together with a fork.
Turn into baking dish (about 1 1/2 quart); top with buttered bread crumbs.
Heat, uncovered, in moderately slow oven (325°) for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
