Piquant Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling salted water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Golden raisins 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped scallions 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Italian dressing 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Seasoned pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook rice in a pan of boiling salted water for 15 minutes, drain well, cool and place in a salad bowl.
Add bell pepper, raisins, scallions, parsley, salt, pepper and dressing.
Toss well and chill for 30 minutes.
