Ham Macaroni Salad
|Elbow macaroni||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Chopped fully cooked ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Bias sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Lettuce cups||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin orange sections||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
In large saucepan cook macaroni in boiling salted water following package directions; drain and cool.
Combine macaroni, ham, celery, and chopped onion.
Blend together the salad dressing or mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Stir lightly into ham mixture.
Serve the salad in lettuce cups.
Garnish the salad with mandarin orange sections.
