Garden Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked whole wheat macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped tart apples 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Freshly shelled peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Green, Large Sized)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 2
  Green pepper 1
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a large serving bowl, mix together macaroni, apples, mayonnaise, peas, and celery.
Dice one egg and half of the green pepper; stir into salad.
Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
Slice the other egg; garnish salad with egg slices and diced green pepper.
