Garden Macaroni Salad
|Cooked whole wheat macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped tart apples||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly shelled peas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Green, Large Sized)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
In a large serving bowl, mix together macaroni, apples, mayonnaise, peas, and celery.
Dice one egg and half of the green pepper; stir into salad.
Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
Slice the other egg; garnish salad with egg slices and diced green pepper.
