Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients
  Orange 1
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carrots 1 Pound, peeled and shredded
  Granny smith apple 1 , cut in half, cored, and chopped
  Dark seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. From orange, grate 1/4 teaspoon peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice.
2. In large serving bowl, with wire whisk, mix orange peel and juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and salt until blended. Fold in carrots, apple, and raisins until well blended.
