Warm Tofu Salad

Ingredients
  Spring onion 1 , sliced
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrot 1 Medium, sliced
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Cauliflower florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tofu 100 Gram, cubed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For dressing
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar free sweetener tablets 1 , powdered
  Ginger piece 1⁄2 Inch, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon (Any Non Synthetic Vinegar)
Directions

Place all ingredients for dressing in a blender and blend till smooth.
Combine all vegetables except chopped onion in a salad bowl.
Stir dressing into vegetables, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Just before serving heat a non-stick pan and add oil, chopped onion and turmeric.
Stir till hot.
Add tofu, salt and soya sauce and heat through.
Spoon tofu over vegetables and serve immediately.
