Macaroni And Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 4 Cup (64 tbs), uncooked
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Cool.
Toss with remaining ingredients; chill.
