Radicchio and Pear Salad
|Radicchio leaves||1 , separated|
|Leek||1 , cut into thin strips|
|Pears||2 , peeled, cored and sliced|
|Pecorino cheese||5 Ounce, sliced (155 Gram)|
|For red vinegar dressing|
|Olive oil||3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Cup /90 Milliliter)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
1. Arrange radicchio leaves, leek strips, pear slices and cheese slices attractively in a large salad bowl or on a large platter.
2. To make dressing, place oil, vinegar and black pepper to taste in a screwtop jar and shake well to combine. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
