|French dressing||4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)|
|Creme fraiche||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Snipped chives||1 Teaspoon|
1. Arrange mushrooms in a shallow bowl large enough to hold them all in a single layer.
2. Combine French dressing, creme fratche, garlic, parsley and chives in a bowl. Whisk until well mixed. Pour dressing over the mushrooms, cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
