Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Smoked turkey 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Jack cheese 1⁄4 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Red bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), diced
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a large bowl toss together turkey, cheese, bell pepper, and green onions.
2. In a separate bowl blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and horseradish.
3. Add dressing to turkey mixture; gently toss to coat. Season liberally with pepper.
