|Smoked turkey||1 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Jack cheese||1⁄4 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), diced|
|Green onions||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
1. In a large bowl toss together turkey, cheese, bell pepper, and green onions.
2. In a separate bowl blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and horseradish.
3. Add dressing to turkey mixture; gently toss to coat. Season liberally with pepper.
