Ingredients
  Cooked turkey breast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), dice
  Mint 1 Tablespoon, chop (Fresh organic mint)
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Kefir 3 Tablespoon (Raw kefir)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the turkey, cucumber, mint, black pepper and raw kefir.
2. Toss the salad well to combine all ingredients.

SERVING
3. Plate and serve.
