Ingredients
  Chopped apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped unsalted walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Low sodium mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and toss lightly.
2. Serve on a lettuce leaf, if desired.
