Ingredients
  Canned black eyed peas 30 Ounce (2 Cans Of 15 Ounce Each)
  Peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Adjust seasonings to taste.
3. Serve as a side dish.
