Spinach Cucumber Egg Salad

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 , hard-cooked and chopped
  Cooked chopped spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), squeezed
  Seeded diced pared cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Dash
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Combine all ingredients except lettuce in medium bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill 1/2 to 1 hour.
