Cucumber Salad With Walnuts
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Yellow onion||1 Small, peeled, finely chopped|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Snipped dill||1 Tablespoon|
1. Peel the cucumbers and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut each half crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
2. Combine the yogurt, walnuts, onion, salt, pepper, and dill. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to mix. Serve chilled.
