Crunchy Chicken Salad
|Cooked chicken breast fillet||4 , cut into strips|
|Soured cream/Creme fraiche||8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)|
|Mayonnaise||4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)|
|Celery stick||4 , cut into short lengths|
|Onions spring||4 , finely chopped|
|Pecan nuts||2 Ounce, chopped (60 Gram)|
1. Arrange chicken in a large bowl. Whisk soured cream or creme fratche with mayonnaise in a bowl. Spoon mixture over chicken.
2. Add celery, spring onions and pecans to salad and toss well. Cover and chill before serving, garnished with fresh herbs if liked.
