Crunchy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken breast fillet 4 , cut into strips
  Soured cream/Creme fraiche 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
  Mayonnaise 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Celery stick 4 , cut into short lengths
  Onions spring 4 , finely chopped
  Pecan nuts 2 Ounce, chopped (60 Gram)
Directions

1. Arrange chicken in a large bowl. Whisk soured cream or creme fratche with mayonnaise in a bowl. Spoon mixture over chicken.
2. Add celery, spring onions and pecans to salad and toss well. Cover and chill before serving, garnished with fresh herbs if liked.
