Broiled Lettuce Salads

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 Large, cut into 6 slices
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, each cut into 6 slices
  Bottled buttermilk salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Shredded cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cheddar Or Process American)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place lettuce slices on ungreased cookie sheet.
Place 2 tomato slices on each lettuce slice.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon dressing onto each tomato slice; sprinkle with cheese.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Broil salads with tops 2 to 3 inches from heat just until dressing and cheese bubble, about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with onions.
